BowlComp provides an online platform that allows individuals to register and submit entry fees for organized bowling bracket competitions.

The website facilitates registration and payment collection for participation in skill-based sporting events.

All competitions hosted through BowlComp are based entirely on bowling performance and scoring results.

Outcomes are determined solely by participant skill. Competitions are not games of chance, gambling, wagering, or betting activities.

Payment of an entry fee grants participation in a competitive sporting event.

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information, including accurate UBA member information representing an active UBA membership.

• Follow all published rules and regulations.

BowlComp reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration for violations of these Terms or Competition rules.

An entry fee is required to participate in a competition.

Entry Fees:

• Provide access to participate in the competition,
• Do not represent a wager or bet, and
• Do not guarantee any particular result or prize.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Prizes are awarded based on final competition standings determined by official bowling scores.

Participants must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and comply with all venue rules and Competition guidelines.

BowlComp may remove any participant who violates these standards.

Participation in bowling involves physical activity. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the sport.

To the extent permitted by law, BowlComp is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in a Competition or use of the website.

BowlComp may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in a Competition constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
